There are two new faces in the Lime office this month. Michaela Bennetts-Higgins (aka Mickey) joins our experiential team (Sublime), and Hannah Hibbart joins our shopper team and, both as Senior Account Managers. Between them they bring many years of agency experience, and they’re already making themselves at home.
Having delivered experiential campaigns for Burberry, JD Sports, London Lions, Starbucks and Gucci, Mickey has run everything from pop-up shops to bespoke Roller Rinks, and has the calm head you need when a launch day throws that unexpected at you.
When she’s not planning events, Mickey has a penchant for interior design. And having renovated her mum’s Airbnb, she’s now a DIY-dab hand at any building job that comes her way – she even admits to owning practically any power tool to get the job done.
Mickey says: ‘I’ve always loved that buzz of when the event goes live and the months of planning turn into something people get to experience in real life. Sublime is already doing brilliant work in that space and I can’t wait to add to it’.
Hannah brings experience across shopper marketing, brand activations and promotions for leading FMCG brands. She loves getting under the skin of a brief, understanding what makes consumers tick and turning insights into creative campaigns that deliver results.
Outside of work, Hannah is usually planning her next adventure, trying a new restaurant or finding a new hobby to add to her ever-growing list. She rarely needs much convincing when there’s good food or a cocktail involved.
Hannah says: ‘The best campaigns start with a proper understanding of the shopper, and Lime clearly puts that first. I’m looking forward to getting stuck in seeing how far we can push our clients’ ideas’
Both hires are part of how we’re growing the agency.
