To launch the sampling tour for VK Ices – A new product line of alcoholic ice lollies from VK.

To facilitate the sampling of the new VK Blue & VK Orange & Passionfruit ice pops at an iconic London location to generate PR coverage to promote the nationwide tour.

Sublime facilitated a launch day Summer party at the iconic Potter’s Fields location, recommended for its eye-catching backdrop of Tower Bridge.

Sublime provided end-to-end experiential marketing services including planning, installation, derig and live event management of the activation.

Sublime coordinated all event logistics including the VK Ices Van, inflatable structures, power distribution, DJ booth, and furniture and provided brand ambassadors to encourage participation in the sampling activity.

Due to the samples being 4% ABV and vodka-based, Sublime implemented a strict Challenge 25 policy and ensured that security was on site for the duration of the event.
