Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a passion for developing partnerships, whilst being responsible for raising the agency profile to new heights. This is a very exciting role in a vibrant and ambitious Soho based partnerships and Promotions agency.

The qualities we are looking for…

  • 2- 3 years New Business experience
  • Expert sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience of working within an agency environment (ideally with FMCG and entertainment clients)
  • Evidence of successful acquisition of new clients
  • Quick learner and self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Experience of establishing effective relationships at the most senior levels within large organisations
  • Target driven, proactive and creative in developing tailor made proposals to meet objectives
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, having led and encouraged team members to protect and maintain the upkeep of the system
  • Be able to demonstrate ideas as to how best to promote our agency to prospective clients
  • To be comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in many areas of the business
